Rowing is an excellent sport for young people looking for both an athletic challenge and a great team experience. Nereid has a year-round youth program that caters to both experienced rowers and athletes who are new to the sport.

Our team of skilled coaches will work with athletes both on and off the water to develop a thorough understanding of the sport. Rowers are immersed in technique, physical training, and race preparation, as well as the basics of maintaining boats and equipment.

A USRowing waiver is required for all rowers, and a swim test is also required for all seasons but Winter. Links to all relevant forms can be found on our Rowing Programs Documents page. Completed forms should also be emailed to  headcoach@nereidbc.org.
