Rowing is an excellent sport for anyone looking for an athletic challenge and a great team experience. Nereid has year-round adult (Masters) programs that cater to both experienced rowers and individuals who are new to the sport.

Our team of skilled coaches will work with rowers both on and off the water to develop a thorough understanding of the sport. Rowers are immersed in technique, physical training, and race preparation, as well as the basics of maintaining boats and equipment. Rowers who wish to participate in our season-long programs must be members of the club, however, membership is not required for Learn-to-Row programs or private lessons.

To learn more about Nereid’s various adult rowing options, please visit our Adult Seasonal Programs and Adult Learn-to-Row pages. Questions can be emailed to our Programs Director, Jeff Arnott, at programs@nereidbc.org, or to our Head Coach, Zach Spitzer, at headcoach@nereidbc.org.
