Nereid’s Intermediate Masters group is for rowers that want to train on the water, improve their skills, but are not committed to racing.
Must be proficient in a single in order to be in this group!
Fall Season Dates: September 9th – November 6th
Practices will be Monday, Wednesday and Friday 5:30-7 am

Description:
In order to participate, rowers must first be proficient in a single. Proficiency will be tested by the Head Coach. If you are not proficient in a single, please sign up for recreational and take additional lessons for the single. Once proficiency is gained we are able to move groups.
You must be a full member of the club to participate.
It is expected that you will be partaking in cross training occasionally on your off days in order to improve fitness.
