Nereid Cleans Up Route 21
18 trash bags, 7 car tires, 2 lawnmowers, and one shopping cart – that was
the score after last weekend's Adopt-A-Highway cleanup. Followed by
traditional Jersey hot dogs at Rutt's Hut right across from the
boathouse. John McEldowney, Josie DiLena, Carol Davison, Isabelle
McDonald, Constance Gill and Marc de Mul volunteered for the club. Thanks
everyone!

Head of the Charles Regatta results
Nereid rowers did well in Boston last weekend. Particularly the Youth 4+
Women, Women's Masters 8+, and the Men's Masters 2x recorded very good
times. Here are the complete results:

Interim Membership Meeting and Brunch
The Interim Membership Meeting/Brunch will take place on November 4 at 11
AM at the boathouse. All members are welcome and entrees/beverages will
be provided. Please bring your favorite side (fruit salad/muffins/etc).
The agenda for the meeting will include an update on park and bulkhead
construction, as well as a membership vote on the change in club bylaws
needed to bring the club to 501(c)(3) nonprofit status.

We have created a Yahoo group where Nereid members can post questions to
other members, post photos and classified ads, organize for regattas, find
