Winter training and erging programs

There will be an organizational meeting at the boathouse on Saturday, January 6, at 9:00 AM for all those adult members interested in participating in a winter training program, under the supervision of John McKenna. If you are interested in participating in a winter program, please attend.

We plan to discuss the following elements of the program:

  1. Videotaping and personalized technical coaching (by John) on the erg

  2. Participation in upcoming indoor rowing events, such as the St Patrick's Day Erg Classic, sponsored by PRRA, CRASH-B's, NYAC, etc.

  3. Group training sessions

  4. Individualized workout plans

  5. Strength training and circuit training

Since there are many things we can do over the winter, we would like to hear from the members about their own goals and plans, so that we can tailor the program to be as responsive as possible to your needs.

Andrea and Chris

==================
